Goodflag Manager is a native M-Files vault application published by Kpass Solutions. It automatically creates your Goodflag signature envelopes from your M-Files workflows, synchronizes their progress, and brings signed documents and proof-of-signature records back into your M-Files vault.

How it works — five steps:

1. Preparation — the document and its signatories (M-Files objects) are linked to a workflow.
2. Triggering — the user simply moves the workflow to the “send for signature” state.
3. Automatic envelope creation — the connector selects the right Goodflag template and assembles documents, signatories and attachments.
4. Signature and tracking — Goodflag manages the signature process; status is synchronized back into M-Files (webhook, polling, or manual action).
5. Return to M-Files — the signed version replaces the source file, and proof records are stored according to your policy.

Fully configurable:

• One process per Goodflag template — each signature circuit follows its own configuration.
• Configurable triggers, recipients, observers, metadata, files to sign and proof policy.
• Internal and external signatories, drawn from M-Files metadata or from the Goodflag template.
• M-Files and Goodflag user synchronization, with optional service account.
• Configuration validated before activation.

• Creation rights controlled via M-Files groups or service accounts.
