Digital Resources Module – ARES and CreditCheck

ARES (Administrative Register of Economic Subjects) is a Czech system that provides quick and easy access to public data about economic entities. The CreditCheck portal assesses the solvency and credibility of Czech and Slovak companies.

The module integrates these systems with M-Files and simplifies data retrieval from both ARES and CreditCheck, allowing M-Files users to enrich information about their customers, suppliers, partners, and other organizations with current and accurate details.

Product Description

ARES:
When creating or editing an organization, the property Update data from ARES (values: yes / no) is displayed.
If Yes is selected and the company ID number (IČO) is manually entered, the system automatically fills in the following fields with information retrieved from the ARES portal:
• Organization name
• ZIP code
• City
• Street
• VAT ID

CreditCheck:
When creating or editing an organization, the property Update data from CreditCheck (values? yes / no) is displayed.
If Yes is selected and the company ID (IČO) is manually entered, the system automatically fills in the following fields with information retrieved from the CreditCheck portal:
• Company status (scale 1-3, where 1 is the best – green light, and 3 is the worst – red light)
• Timestamp

Additional information
CreditCheck: To use this module, you need to have an active account on the CreditCheck portal. If you do not yet have one, you can register for free. For basic module functionality, the Free package is sufficient.
